Tara National Park, apart from Mitrovac, owns an area intended for visitors of this protected area, located in Bajina Basta. In the administrative building of the company, a space of 300 m2 has been adapted where you can see permanent exhibitions, an info desk and a souvenir shop. In this Visitor Center you can get all the necessary information about the Tara National Park and see various thematic exhibitions.

Tara National Park Visitor Center, opened in Mitrovac in 2006. and represents the first facility of its kind in Serbia. The information desk, souvenir shop, exhibition displays and presentation hall with 40 seats and gallery areas are located on an area of ​​220 m2. Beside excursions, tourists and other visitors, the Center is also suitable for art exhibitions, literary evenings and other thematic gatherings. Along with first hand informations, prospectuses, maps and video presentations, here you can buy souvenirs and consult with rangers who work in national park.
